Fulvic acids have a high biological activity and are particularly small. Organic fulvic acids are produced by microorganisms, the so-called SBO’s in the soil. In this active process it is possible for the plants to absorb the nutrients and minerals from the soil. Complex carbohydrates flow through the plant to nourish the cells. Some flow back to the roots. There they feed the microorganisms, which in turn produce fulvic acid. This is the cycle of nature for the benefit of plant and microorganism.
Fulvic acid is thus involved in various biochemical reactions in bodies and plants. They have a direct effect on the metabolism at the cellular level. As you can see from studies, fulvic acids are vital to dissolve sufficient amounts of minerals and nutrients in water and provide them as lifegiving energy to the cells.
Since fulvic acids bind to toxins and heavy metals and thus ensure extremely effective detoxification, there is also a particular degree of caution when selecting the fulvic acids offered. There are some suppliers who offer fulvic acids from areas contaminated with heavy metals and environmental toxins with the advice to purify the fulvic acids. That is simply not possible. My recommendation is always to take fulvic acid that comes from areas that are not contaminated.
They are hundreds of times smaller than cells and are offered in the best possible absorbable form. Any other substance, whether vitamins, enzymes, medicinal herbs, tinctures or any other nutrients that we consume for our health, are optimized by fulvic acid in their intake. Fulvic acid is like a forgotten elixir and serves as the most important link between a healing substance and healing. In addition to water and oxygen, fulvic acid is probably the most essential substance for our lives.
Karstädts Fulvic Acid is characterized by numerous properties, all of which have a great positive effect on our health.
Fulvic acid of the highest quality contains more than 60 different minerals and trace elements in bioavailable form.

Fulvic acid is like a forgotten elixir and serves as the most important link between a healing substance and healing. In addition to water and oxygen, fulvic acid is probably the most essential substance for our lives. Hardly any other area of health is as underestimated and misunderstood as the role of minerals for our body and our health. Our material body consists of minerals in the first place. Even in the first biblical texts, we read that we are made of clay – the very mineral-rich base of our Mother Earth. Then there are 70% water and the “breath” and already the basis is created for an organism like humans. Even the primordial soup of all life – the sea – is a mineral-water mixture. Everything is made up of these minerals besides the water: amino acids, cells, tissues and organs. Vitamins can only work if the mineral balance is right. Each function and the entire metabolism is only as good as the balance and the right ratio of these minerals in the body. Any deficiency in one or more minerals or an accumulation of nonbioavailable minerals always ends in dysfunction and hence disease. Nobel laureate Linus Pauling – known as the Vitamin C Pope – said that every disease can always be attributed to a lack of minerals
These mineral deficiencies come from three causes. Once our soils are now very low in minerals. One speaks of only 10-15% of the mineral content of a field today compared to a field 70-80 years ago. In 1936 (80 years ago!), The US Department of Agriculture has published that “all soils in the US suffer from mineral deficiencies without exception”. In 1992, scientists at the World Summit in Brazil documented that soils were leached all over the world and almost without minerals. The US is at the forefront with a quota of 85% of a shortage of minerals.
Second, because of increasing stress and consequent acidification, we consume many more minerals than previous generations with more rest and recovery periods. Just think of the noisy stress levels in cities, transport, with electrosmog, environmental toxins and constant light.
This is where the key fulvic acid comes into play
To anticipate: Fulvic acid is the lost link in the uptake of all nutrients. The lack of fulvic acid is now recognized by many scientists as a crucial factor in nutrient deficiencies and a major cause of disease. Without minerals and electrolytes nothing works at the cellular level, at least not optimally. The exchange of nutrients and can only take place when these nutrients are offered to our body in a usable form. Crucial for this is the breakdown of all nutrients in the smallest components and a sufficient electrical charge.
Organic fulvic acid is produced by so-called soil-based microorganisms “SBO’s”. I have already written extensively on SBO’s in my book “The 7 Revolutions of Medicine”. Fulvic acid results from the “digestion” of decomposed prehistoric plant material. Here, deposits of these ancient humus layers are converted into humic acids or fulvic acids. Fulvic acids are biologically active mixtures of organic acids that are water soluble. They dissolve in every milieu from sour to basic. Fulvic acids are very small – smaller than humic acid – and therefore cell-like. As organic electrolytes, fulvic acids are able to balance other substances. This is one of the life-giving abilities of fulvic acid.
Let’s get back to the minerals that are being marketed today: Colloids – these are gelatinous – minerals are hardly recoverable from the body. Even if they are combined with carbohydrates, various sugars or amino acids, the intake is very poor. The colloidal minerals are advertised with a propagated 95% uptake into the cells. This is very far away from the truth.
Organic colloidal minerals are huge molecules. The ability to digest these clusters of minerals is almost impossible. Getting them to the cell and channeling them through the cell wall is even more critical. The key to absorbing these minerals is the biofactor, organic fulvic acid, which is known only in small circles. Most organic minerals have low levels of fulvic acid, and even nutritional experts have overlooked the importance of fulvic acid. I consider fulvic acid to be the most important biofactor for the absorption of minerals and other nutrients. Fulvic acid is rarely found in nutritional supplements. It is unstable and should therefore be treated separately. That is why fulvic acid is also available as a special preparation..
In scientific circles with the corresponding expertise, fulvic acid counts as the synonym for elixir of life. Without fulvic acid, a life and, above all, a healthy, vital life are unimaginable. That may sound exaggerated to many people. But if one knows the importance of humus for agriculture and healthy plant growth, one can guess what fulvic acid means for the human organism.
Plants are only as good or bad as their mineral content. The taste of a food depends largely on the mineral content. However, the taste of a plant is the indicator of nutrient content and nutritional value for our sensory organs. A depleted soil can produce anything but minerals. With modern fertilizers is a yield still brought in. But the food produced in this way is only an empty shell. Moreover, artificial fertilizers can also turn mineral ions into insoluble complexes. This makes them difficult for plants to absorb and metabolize. In addition, pesticides and weed killer destroy the microorganisms in large dimensions. It can no longer take place, which is essential to life: that is, to break down the minerals and crush them so that the roots of the plant can absorb them. Much of the material that remains in the soil remains unusable. Modern agriculture is doubling here, leaving “scorched ground” behind.
Prevention of a mineral deficiency
So whoever wants to prevent a mineral deficiency or wants to compensate for the various
shortcomings should perform the following measures:
- Elimination of biofilm with Karstädts Intestinal Detox
- Attention to an intestine-building diet (read the article „Darmflora Aufbau nach Karstädts Darm Detox“)
- Watch out for a supply of high-quality intestinal bacteria as nutritional supplements
- Prevent excessive consumption of minerals through good stress management
- Supply yourself with plant-bound minerals
Anyone who wants to gain additional information on their mineral status can obtain clarity by having a hair mineral analysis evaluated.
